This is a lesson plan book which is designed to create interesting physical education activities for students in Grades 3-4. The activities focus on refinement of fundamental skills and introduce specialized sports skills. They also introduce a variety of manipulative skills to improve visual-tactile co-ordination. The activities give children the opportunity to explore, experiment and create, while absorbing activity patterns. The lessons stress co-operation with peers and place emphasis on group and team activities.
