Sans doute le numéro que porte ce volume dans la publication indique à peu près la région du sanctuaire où je pense que les comptes sauf une exception sur laquelle on reviendra étaient réunis. Mais le titre Inscrip tions du mur qui cachait les soubassements Sud du temple eût remplacé par une affirmation trop précise ce que l'on ne pourra jamais, je le crains, présenter que comme une hypothèse très vraisemblable.
