Each of you, it is to be presumed from your presence here - each one of you has set before him as his special aim, the acquisition of the knowledge essential to the Medical Practitioner; each one desires to become an expert, competent, and scientific Physician. I know not how I can better employ this first hour of intercourse with vou than in an earnest endeavour to point out to you the best and most efficient means of attainment of this end.
