Publisher's Synopsis
The Proteus Monograph Series Fellows Program (PMSFP) funds research by scholars who are not affiliated with the U.S. Government and military. These scholars can be located either in the United States or abroad. This program is designed to support Proteus USA's charter to promote further discourse, study, and research focusing on the refinement, development, and application of new and emerging "futures" concepts, methods, processes, and scenarios. The overarching goal of this effort is to provide value-added and relevant commentary that will assist strategic and high-operational level decision makers, planners, and analysts with "outside the box" considerations and critical analysis of national, military and intelligence issues within the Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) environment.
