Publisher's Synopsis
Today's leadership ethos is derived from early beginnings, from kings, and those who would-be kings. Leadership as a concept has evolved throughout generations, slowly growing from totalitarianism to cooperative leadership today. However, leadership belief systems that have been present with us in this country for nearly five-hundred years are just now entering mainstream business and society. Native American Leaders, the Tribal Chief lived and governed by a belief system that was all too common in their culture but discounted by those who would eventually conquer them. It is time we take advantage of these great teachings and enlighten leaders of all ilks to their benefits. This document attempt to shed light that has already been ignited by others more intuitive to their origin than I will ever be.
