Provides for creation of corporations-to hold state fairs or expositions; sec. 11 provides: Nothing in this act shall be held or construed to authorize or permit any cor poration organized hereunder to carry on, conduct, ' supervise, permit or suffer any gambling or game of chance, lot or other act in violation of the Criminal laws of the state; forfeiture of charter is penalty for violation of this-act.
