Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Law Relating to Literary Copyright and the Authorship and Publication of Books
Being closely allied to it (inasmuch as they relate generally to the authorship and publication of books), might conveniently be treated in con junction with the subject of Literary Copyright. The primary object of this volume has therefore been to collect the law generally relating to the authorship and publication of books, Literary Copyright being treated fully (to the exclusion of other branches of copyright law), but at the same time rather as a portion of the wider general subject than as a main and particular theme.
