Since the initial publication of Law Enforcement Intelligence: A Guide for State, Local and Tribal Law Enforcement Agencies in November 2004, there have been a number of significant changes that have once again had an impact on law enforcement intelligence. While the field is continually evolving, many of the changes have been captured in the second edition of this publication.
