Microfiction attempts to convey complete stories with characters, plots, imagery, and emotions using as few words as possible. The stories in this series have been limited to exactly 100 words, no more, no less. The chapters in Latté With Extra Foam are divided by subject. "Café Life" contains stories that take place in coffee houses and diners. "Art and Other Subversions" captures the world of art and writing. "Another Slice of Pie" contains a wide range of stories from everyday life. "Looking into the Mirror" is an invitation to our reflective selves. "A Clockwork" delves into bizarre and illusory stories. And "Ah, Nature" moves us into the wild.
