We didn't hear any more about the process until June 1990 when we received a notice from the Interstate Commerce Commission, which, in compliance with their National Historic Preservation Act responsibilities, their section 106 responsibilities, requesting that we review the abandonment of the railroad track which ran through the center of Gettysburg College.
