The Labour Inspector in agriculture has the right to summon both parties personally or their delegates in order that they might come to an understanding and an agreement, or to organise a Conciliation Commission. The local legally registered employers' unions and the trade unions of the agricultural workers are recognised as sui table representatives of the parties for the whole district.
