Il y a dix ans, au commencement de l'ann�e 1899, nous pr�sentions au public le premier num�ro de cette Revue internationale; nous nous efforcions d'indiquer nette ment le but vers lequel nous comptions _diriger nos efforts, et les moyens par lesquels nous nous proposions d'approcher de ce but sans cesse davantage car il est de ceux qu'on n'atteint jamais.
Aujourd'hui, jetant un regard derri�re nous, il nous est permis de dire que nos esp�rances n'ont pas �t� d��ues nous pouvons nous f�liciter d'avoir �t� entendus et com pris.
