LEVITRA (vardenafil hydrochloride) is run orally for the treatment of erectile disorder. This monohydrochloride salt of vardenafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-particular phosphodiesterase type five (PDE5).
Vardenafil HCl is distinctive chemically as piperazine, 1-[[3-(1, four-dihydro-5-methyl-4-oxo-7-propylimidazo[5,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl)-four-ethoxyphenyl]sulfonyl]-4-ethyl-, monohydrochloride and has the subsequent structural system:
LEVITRA is formulated as orange, round, film-covered pills with "BAYER" pass debossed on one aspect and "2.5", "5", "10", and "20" on the alternative side similar to 2.5 mg, five mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg of vardenafil, respectively. In addition to the energetic ingredient, vardenafil HCl, every pill consists of microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, yellow ferric oxide, and red ferric oxide.
