Though he started poorly, he developed into a major leader that would equip him for his great NBA leap. He immediately proved what he could do when the Lakers selected him in the draft, earning the NBA All-Rookie First Team and assisting in their 2020 title triumph.. With his trade to the Washington Wizards, he took on a new leadership role. The next big change was his move to the Milwaukee Bucks.
