Publisher's Synopsis

Four Jackie Chan war films. 'Eagle Shadow Fist' (1971) is set during WWII, during which a famous Chinese actor (Chan) becomes a resistance fighter in the battle against the Japanese. When Japanese soldiers arrive during a stage performance to make an arrest, they find themselves trapped into a game of cat and mouse with their prey. Again set during WWII, 'Young Tiger' (1973) finds actor Bruce Li (Chan) setting out to teach the people of North China how to defend themselves against the invading Germans. To avoid execution, Bruce and a young actress escape, vowing revenge on Japanese officer Tin Chi when he massacres their fellow thespians. In 'Fantasy Mission Force' (1982), Chan stars as the leader of a commando squad, formed to recover money stolen by the Japanese during WWII. However, one squad member is only interested in using the money for personal gain. In 'Fire Dragon' (1994), Chan plays one of a group of men sent on a suicide mission to the island of the Women Warriors. The objective is to obtain the secret file that could win the war, but the mission is made even more perilous by the fact that there is a traitor in the squadron.
