English summary: All the regulations of the Code of Civil Procedure for arbitration are presented together in this extra volume, the size of which is attributable not only to the nearly forty-percent increase in the scope of the material, but also to growth in the number of domestic and foreign experts and for whom this volume should help alleviate their isolated dealings with professional issues of arbitration. Content-wise, the new edition is divided into two parts: in the first part, Peter Schlosser has systematically assembled the essential features of current international case law. In the second part, the author has included multifaceted and practical experiences garnered from participation in domestic and international arbitration proceedings which have been recently assembled since the publication of the last edition. The whole series appears in twelve volumes, which are offered individually and as a subscription.
German description: Alle Vorschriften der ZPO zur Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit sind diesmal in einem extra Band zusammengefasst. Das liegt nicht nur an dem um 40% gewachsenen Umfang des Werkes, sondern auch an der im In- und Ausland stark gewachsenen Anzahl von Fachleuten, denen der isolierte Umgang mit ihrem Metier erleichtert werden soll.Inhaltlich ist die Neuauflage durch zweierlei gepragt: zum einen hat Peter Schlosser die Rechtsprechung aus dem Ausland systematisch in die Gedankenfuhrung eingebaut. Zum anderen konnte der Verfasser in das Werk die vielfaltigen eigenen praktischen Erfahrungen aus der Beteiligung an in- und auslandischen Schiedsverfahren einbringen, die er seit der letzten Auflage neu gesammelt hat. Die Auflage erscheint in 12 Banden. Diese konnen sowohl einzeln, als auch in Subskription bezogen werden.
