Publisher's Synopsis
In I Corinthians 3:10-16 the writer is telling us that we must be very careful about what we build on top of our foundation; for what we put on top of our foundation will be tried by fire of what sort of work it is. It is saying to us don't just build anything; thinking that it will stand. But, what you and I build must be durable, a testimony to God's goodness towards us and able to last and withstand all the fiery darts (test, affliction, persecution and temptations) of our enemy. The reason for this book is to get us back to the old landmark; this will intel us strengthening our doctrine, tightening up what we believe and knowing the basic truths found in God's word that have help others to stand over the years. Always remember this Christian race is a marathon and not a 2mile run. And in knowing this; we must not become negligent but diligent in our effort to strengthen those areas in our life if we are to stand strong in Christ.
