This book is about author's teacher, the kungfu master Mr. Kinhsi who passed away for 30 years. The book is about a certain type of martial arts named the Wutang Twenty-three Form of Kungfu founded 500 years ago. It has eight chapters separated into two parts. There are nearly 470 photos of the vivid demonstration of Kungfu, readers can also see my teacher's style of Kungfu on some historical photos in this book. Chapter 1 describes the basic stances, including the focusing stance, the five supplementary stances and six of the moving stances. Chapter 2 describes the method of the hands, steps, legs, eyes and the body practice. Chapter 3 describes the detailed explanation of the kennel forms. In chapter 4, the frames of the defensive technique of this type of martial arts are described. Chapter 5 describes the methodology of kungfu. There are four sections to the introduction to Chinese martial arts, namely: the three regulative methods of the mind, the breath and the body, the pressure points locations for Qi practicing, and the explanatory notes on the body regulation in the standing position of Qi-practice. In chapter 6, more than ten methods and positions of Qi-practice are described. These include the supplementary methods for the practice of the Wutang Twenty-three Form of Kungfu. Chapter 7 describes the method and theory on the practice of opening of the lumbar vertebral joints. It is the most important factor in practicing the traditional Chinese martial arts. In the last chapter, the commentary and discussion on the lessons of my teacher in the path of kungfu cultivation, the present state and the feature of the Wutang Twenty-three Form of Kungfu are described.
