London 1974 a time of flared trousers, hot pants and platform shoes. Glam Rockers and Rock 'n' Roll revivalists, with their outrageous costumes, make-up and hairstyles dominate the youth culture and musical charts.
The notorious Deano the Dog is leader of an elite gang of Teddy Boys on the infamous Milton Road Estate who regularly engage in violent brawls with skinheads, boot boys and other council estates. Ricky Taylor, an apprentice motor mechanic is bored and looks up to the Milton Road Teds. One Friday night Ricky and his best friend, Neil, venture into the estates notorious Milton Arms pub. Its loyal patrons include hard man money lender, Double Bubble, Doreen, Matriarch to a group of shoplifters, Ronnie the Landlord a one-time convicted face from the 1960s and King of the Teds, Deano the Dog, and his gang. Ricky's life was about to change forever.
