Publisher's Synopsis
Marine Staff Sergeant Moses Running Deer takes a temporary leave from the Corp for a civilian job in Laos during the Vietnam war. His post is overrun and he becomes Missing In Action (MIA). Washington does not want to acknowledge, or pay the ransom demanded by his captures. He learns of others being held in various villages near him. Keeper of the Secrets involves his efforts to let America know he, and others are being held prisoners while Washington denies their existence.
