It is conceded that the title to the property in controversy is held by the Church at large; that it does not belong to the local congregation at Junction City, this county; and that it is held by the trustees Of that local congregation for said Church at large. Each Of the contending parties claims to be the lawful trustees, and to hold it for the parties respectively represented by them as the true Church of the United Breth ren in Christ.
