Mr. Davy, it is ordered by the Board, that in order to obtain from'the Treasury the Internal Improvement fund, there must be an order of this 1board authorising the President thereof to make requisition from time to time, as may 'be specially ordered by the Board, on the Auditor counts, in the form following.
