He discusses several laws and theories explaining how this is done, including the law of vibration, magnetism, astral fluid, Pranayama breath, and Mesmerism. There is a list of physical exercises designed to teach you how to control your Will, to develop personal magnetism, as well as tap your latent powers (like telepathy, trance sleep and psychometry). The final section contains exercises to teach you how to heal the sick and yourself.
