On motion, the Boston Society of Civil Engineers, having expressed a disposition to join in the movement and appointed a committee, and hav ing also expressed their views in detail on the proposed forms of agree ment through their special committee, was considered to be represented and entitled to vote in case of disagreement on points specifically touched upon by their letters.
