The Journal of Turkish Literature (JTL) is the first and only international scholarly journal devoted in its entirety to the subject of Turkish literature. Encompassing the complete literature of the Turks, among the oldest of living literatures, the annual journal embraces a geography that reaches from East Central Asia to Europe and a history that covers the Seljuk Empire, the Ottoman Empire, and modern Turkey.
