This second issue broadens the horizons of Turkish literature by including a major article on the relationship between poet and patron in the Ottoman tradition; an introductory history of Turkish theater in the era of the Republic; and review articles that critique from a variety of perspectives, including ""The Other Side of the Mountain"" by Turkish novelist Erendiz Atasu.
