This TRAINING LOGBOOK will help you to create PROGRESSIVE TRAINING and MAKE YOU set up Session goals such as, a new grip, a new set up for a specific technique, perhaps a new move you think has potential. Only by bringing in new material and improving old material will you make progress.
DEVELOP THE ABILITY TO OUTPERFORM OTHERS AT THE SET UPSWork on improving your set ups rather than just the techniques by themselves. The person who controls the set ups will dominate the direction of the fight.
