Raubitschek (71) konnte zu ca. 66 pct. Aller Falle in allerersten Stadien der Krankheit Typhus bacillen im Blut nachweisen, zweimal auch w�hrend typischer Recidive. Auch in leichten Fallen gelang bisweilen dieser Nachweis. Prognosti'sche Bedeutung hat weder das positive Ergebniss, noch die Menge der dabei gefundenen Bacillen. Im Harn wurden in allen Typhusf�llen, oft allerdings erst nach mehrmaligen Untersuchungen, die Erreger constatirt; ihre Ausschei dung mit dem Urin steht in keinem Zusammenhang mit dem Stadium der Krankheit oder der Schwere des Falles.
