Publisher's Synopsis
English summary: This volume of the Annual Review of Law and Ethics focusses mainly on selected problems from the area of political ethics. In this process, the first part deals with basic problems of political ethics. Subsequently, the second part deals with the reciprocal argumentative relationship between political ethics on the one hand, and human dignity and human rights on the other. The area of tension between political ethics and (positive) law lies in the centre of the third part of the present volume, while the fourth part summarizes answers to selected specific problems of political ethics. This is followed by articles on the ascription of responsibility and on medical ethics in two further parts of this Review. As usual, the volume is ompleted by the discussion forum and book reviews.
