Do you believe in Conspiracy Theory? The Illuminati? Secret societies that control world governments and global business? Twerk does, and slowly the Maltese Cat is becoming a believer, too. What starts out as an innocent polo match in Santa Barbara has the Cat uncovering a sinister organization that fosters wars, deals in human trafficking, manipulates the energy market, and controls worldwide economies. The Cat's good friend, Jimmy Donnegan, is also being pressured by a leading member of this group after he unmasks Jimmy's long, dark secret. In order to help his friend and to disrupt the organization, the Maltese Cat will need to take drastic measures. The stakes are high and, in this winner-take-all game, it could cost the Cat his life. Follow the action from California to Europe, Asia, Africa, and even into the inner sanctum of the White House. No one is beyond the clutches of this organization with no name - but they have never encountered the Maltese Cat before.
