Publisher's Synopsis
Tactical guided vehicles are used in scenarios where the ranges concerned are more limited and are usually guided by a seeker sensor. The seekers can be active, passive, or even semi-active, utilizing electromagnetic waves from a radar, an infrared sensor, or a laser. This suite of sensing abilities allows the seeker to detect and identify the target and guide the vehicle to it. The ability to guide a vehicle to a detected target is the province of guidance laws. This book discusses the fundamentals and some past research works done in trajectory simulation.
