The book investigates Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM), how it develops, and the effect of Diabetes within the body. The bulk of the research has been retrieved from EBSCO and Credo, the leading provider of research databases, e-journals, magazines, etc. In addition, I conducted an exclusive interview with someone who was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes; his real-time testimony will convey 5% of this research. The study will reveal the differences between Type 1 diabetes-which is often genetic, and Type 2-which is often a result of obesity, an unhealthy, unbalanced diet-and an inactive lifestyle.
