Publisher's Synopsis
This report is concerned with the analysis and interpretation of data obtained with the instrumentation of the West Epsilon jack-up rig. The rig is operated by STATOIL in the Sleipner Vest field and has been modified by the addition of deep skirts on the spudcans. Measured data for the period 1998/1999 has been utilized and supplemented by further data from 1996 and 1997. In total, 15 sea states have been identified and processed in order to determine statistical and deterministic wave parameters.
