Publisher's Synopsis
Ever wanted to measure how well you are interpersonal? Now you can measure your interpersonal wellness quotient and learn how well you are doing on a scale of 1- 10. Ten means that you are doing optimally well and is able to listen, collaborate and share with others. 1 means that you are at a wellness deficit and you will be drawing on the energy of those in your relationship and may also negatively affect their energy levels with doubts, fears, conflicts, anger, and suspicion. The interpersonal wellness quotient helps us understand how we function in our relationships and is a workbook that helps us assess our ability to contribute to the wellness of a relationship. If I was dating again I would want to know the IWQ of my partner and start working on myself so we can both add positive elements to the relationship. This workbook is a coaching toolkit that will help you understand where you are interpersonal and provide the strategies and coaching questions to help you start developing your IWQ so your relationships can improve. I would love to hear your feedback on the book.
