So it is spread upon the record for the world to know and for people to come to us, and, Mr. Chairman, I pledge to you, I and any holder of this job, would take with the utmost seriousness a record of problems in any kind of confidentiality before entering into the mou. Second, each case in which we determined, even if an mou is entered into, each case, there is a case by case determination made as to whether the documents are legitimately needed, what safe guards will be put in place in that particular case, whether they will be accorded confidential treatment, and so forth.
