Publisher's Synopsis
This is a computerized interactive casebook serving as a supplement to any introductory organizational behaviour or management course. Brief modules explore major issues in organizational behaviour and are accompanied by interactive cases that require students to apply concepts discussed in the preceding module. Students assume the role of practising manager who faces several difficult problems and must chose from a series of alternative actions. After making their decision, the text reviews the result of their responses, enabling them to see organizational behaviour concepts in process. Students will also be able to analyze the component of each decision according to the provided guidelines.;Instructors can chose to cover modules in any order, and cases can be completed in or out of class, individually or in groups, on paper or with computers. This second edition features new chapters on job design and management ethics as well as a revised chapter on leadership. The accompanying software now features an "INSTALL" program that allow the cases to be installed on most networks and a "BENCHMARK" feature that enables instructors to compare students' responses from the beginning to the end of the course.
