Intention and Text: Towards an Intentionality of Literary Form - Continuum Literary Studies

Bloomsbury Continuum is the continuation and expansion of Continuum's trade publishing, tucked in happily under the Bloomsbury publishing umbrella. We are already benefiting from the enormous sales and marketing strengths of a much larger publishing house. We publish adult non- fiction, covering areas such as history, politics, philosophy, current affairs, religion, travel and biography. Our aim is to publish serious books for the widest audience possible. Recent bestsellers include: Jonathan Aitken's biography: Margaret Thatcher - Power and Personality Pope Francis by Paul Vallely and The Wit and Wisdom of Boris Johnson by Harry Mount. All these have had major serial deals in the national press. We are proud to have published and to continue to publish authors of the stature of Sir Michael Howard, former Chief Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks, Eamon Duffy, Christopher Booker, Roger Scruton, Timothy Radcliffe, Frank Furedi and A.C. Grayling. And now we have added a new generation of talented young writers, including Harry Mount, David Horspoool, Miles Hollingworth, Christopher Howse and John Waters, enfant terrible of the Irish media.
