The Delaware Insurance Code (Title 18, Chapter 1 thru 85 of the Delaware Code) is the statute governing insurance and surety law in the U.S. state of Delaware. Over 50 percent of publicly traded corporations in the United States and 60 percent of the Fortune 500 are incorporated in the state of Delaware.
Why buy a book you can download for free? We print this book so you don't have to. First you gotta find a good clean (legible) copy and make sure it's the latest version (not always easy). Some documents found on the web are missing some pages or the image quality is so poor, they are difficult to read.
