Cheryl Linnette Easter was born in Washington, DC in 1961. She began writing poetry and prose in 1968 when she was living in Emporia Virginia, where she resided for many years before moving to Greenville, NC in 2008. Easter has published poems in two books, View from the Edge and Famous Poets of Heartland. Easter currently works as a Home Health Care Aide and enjoys reading, worshipping, aerobic exercise and writing poetry and prose.
