Treadwell employees who were subscribers to the hos pital were entitled to the hospital physician's services when such subscribed was taken to and treated in the hospital, but were not entitled to such services when treated at their homes unless they paid therefor, like any other patient. It is claimed by the defendant, on the other hand, that such subscriber to the hospital was en titled to the services of the hospital physician. Without further compensation, whether the subscriber was treated in the hospital or in his home.
