It is further stipulated that the defendant in error does not by entering into this stipulation make a general ap pearance in said Circuit Court of Appeals, an-d that nothing in this stipulation contained shall be deemed a waiver of any Objection which said defendant in error may or might raise to any step or proceeding taken by the plaintiff in error for or in the removal of this cause to said Circuit Court of Appeals by writ of error.
