Publisher's Synopsis
The medical student became involved with an Islamic group that used religion to deceive its victims, so he left his studies and joined their path until he killed.
He killed a person after the leaders of the group made him believe that he was an infidel and had to be punished, and that honour might befall him (the student) if he imposed the punishment on the infidel (from their point of view). Circumstances called for him to be alone with himself, just him and himself, so he was frank with her and wrestled with her.
