The above named alleged alien, Ludwig C. A. K. Umartens, is charged with being 1n the United States 1n violation of the Immigration Act of October for the reasons stated in the warrant of arrest issued by the Acting Secretary of Labor, Mr. John W. Aber crombi'e, of January 2, 1920, to wit: That he is a member of or affiliated with an organization that entertains a belief in the overthrow by force or violence of the Govern ment of the United States; that he is a member of or affiliated with an organization that advo cates the overthrow by force or violence of all forms of law; that he is a member of or affili ated with an organization that advocates the overthrow by force or violence of the Govern ment of the United States; and that he is a member of or affiliated with an organization that teaches the overthrow by force or violence of the Government of the United States; that he is a member of or affiliated with an organi zation that teaches opposition to all organized government; and that he is a member of or af fili'ated'with an organization that entertains op position to all organized government.
