III. The complainants are, respectively, owners and o'ccup1ers of real estate in the immediate vicinity of the said tract of land So proposed to be used as a stock-yard, pig-sty and slaughter-house. They aver that such use of this land will greatly depreciate the value of their property will destroy their comfort and endanger their health, and will be a public and a common nulsance, and they here show to the Court some of the reasons for tlns aver ment.
