Publisher's Synopsis
"If I didn't laugh, I'd cry. And if I didn't do either, well look out." Maybell Cox had the right idea. When I packed up my stethoscope and left my career as a veterinarian to stay at home with my twins, I had no idea what I was getting into. After adding another little girl to the mix four years later, my life officially became a three-ring circus. My Suburban was beginning to look like a clown car, and I was struggling. I finally admitted to myself that I wasn't enjoying being a mom. Somewhere in the whirling vortex of vomit, toys, and dirty diapers, I realized that I was taking myself way too seriously. I needed to laugh! Life with my husband and our three kids is funny. Really funny. These are the stories of my misadventures in motherhood. Consider them a cautionary tale.
