Publisher's Synopsis

This is the official rulebook of INBA, International Natural Body-Sculpting Association, founded by Denny Kakos.Denny Kakos was born in Greece, fifty miles from Olympia, where the Ancient Olympic Games were held. In the thick of Cold War and as a consequence of the natural disaster, his family moved to the United States. Mesmerized by the movie Hercules with Steve Reeves, Denny began to contemplate the ideal of a perfect natural human being. His love for physical fitness, founded on the ancient Greek ideals of kalokagathia, harmony of the body and the soul, was born.Denny abandoned his career in architecture in order to establish a new, independent, natural body-sculpting organization. He opened his own gym and training center, began to train athletes and organize competitions. Today, the INBA is present in over 80 countries round the world and the sport of Natural Fitness is practiced by millions of people, thousands of them competitively within INBA Global. This Rulebook is the first step to INBA's recognition as an Olympic Sport.
