Currently, the academic management of teachers in higher education demands the application of Information and Communication Technologies due to the changes generated in society because of the digital transformation in the world and the pandemic of COVID 19. This situation implies that teachers of public and private universities involved in university academic processes, implement the virtual tools offered by ICT in educational processes, for the multiple benefits they offer to the academic training of students.
