Tony Blanco is a street savvy, self-made successful businessman, that federal agents believe is responsible for playing a major role in cocaine shipments coming to the state of North Carolina. Tony Blanco denies all involvement, believing that he is being targeted because his family has ties to the Black Cartel. Mistakenly, he kills two federal agents trying to serve him tax evasion papers, but failed to identify themselves. Now in county jail, he faces a life sentence. Tony Blanco meets a young hustler named Quincy, whom he passes his knowledge of the game to. Upon Quincy's release, he goes from average street hustler to a full-blown cocaine connect. But before getting out of jail, Quincy was warned not to bite the hands that feed him.
Travel with Tony and Quincy as their two worlds collide together; each fighting their own personal battles. Will they remain loyal to each other as their friendship is tested, or will jealousy, hatred, and greed tear them both apart?
