An existential menace from an alien Enemy from beyond the stars, implacable in its purpose, implacable in its methods, implacable in its attempts to totally destroy Humanity. Humanity fights back with its greatest strengths, its ingenuity and its desperation. Hence, the Mutuality of Man is born, and its offspring the Mutuality Fleet, with its own offspring, the greatest warriors Humanity has ever produced, the Commandos. Joining in this fight is a spiritual order called the Way of the Vessel, consisting of adept Masters, powerful in the use of Q-space - quantum space. Regardless what planet or space habitat they were born on, they are all childern of Olde Earthe, fighting together for survival.
