Human resource management (HRM) is the term used to describe formal systems devised for the management of people within an organization. The HRM ethics is a root cause of many important problems in business ethics, and may represent the solution to even more. The text Human Resource Management Ethics examines ethics and employment issues in contemporary human resource management. First chapter examines ethical HRM practices in work organizations in Nigeria and the roles of HR professionals in promoting ethical practices with a view to achieving employee well-being, satisfaction at work and organizational performance. The purpose of second chapter is to explore the role of emotional intelligence on individual ethics, perceptions of other's ethics and ethics perception in facilitating success. The aim of third chapter is to examine the influence of human resource management (HRM) practices on bank efficiency using Malmquist index of total factor productivity. Fourth chapter attempts to interrogate the social import of an ethic of utility and care in order to come to terms with which would foster social relationships in contemporary society for the achievement of human well-being, viable and sustainable development. Fifth chapter explores the ways in which a multinational company approaches green human resource management (HRM) in its British, German and Swedish subsidiaries. The objective of sixth chapter is to address HRM roles and Malaysians skills shortages from the perspectives of a sample of HR managers in a variety of Malaysian organizational types and sizes. The purpose of seventh chapter is to assess the human resource function and its practitioners as a possible contender to assume responsibility for ethics management in South African (SA) organizations. Eighth chapter focuses on human resource management challenges in Nigeria under a globalized economy. The responsibility of human resource professionals in the implementation of a code of ethics has been showed in ninth chapter. Tenth chapter deals with human resource management and performance from practices towards sustainable competitive advantage. In eleventh chapter, we outline a new configurational framework linking different models of corporate governance to their associated ethical, strategic management and strategic human resources management (SHRM) policies and practices. An ethics model to develop an ethical organization has been presented in last chapter.
